Created Unassigned: Issues while running the ClientActiontool [1618]

First of all, a great Thanks for introducing the ClientActiontool . It is indeed a very much helpful & multipurpose tool.

While using this tool to change the SLP server name & Site code of windows based client machines , we are getting the following common errors in many machines :

1. Failed to connect to registry via WMI on <machine id>. Error -2147217406 ()

2. Failed to connect to WMI namespace "root\CIMV2" on <machine id>. Error 70 (Permission denied)


The client machines are reporting to a primary SCCM server & the requirement is we need to change the SLP server ( & site code accordingly) of the machines towards a new Primary SCCM server ( already in production).

Necessary Ports are already opened for new SCCM Primary server.

Please suggest the cause & remedy to solve the issues.
